Warming Centers

Five days a week from November through March, we provide afternoon warming centers where anyone who wants to get out of the cold can — no questions asked. There they find companionship, a safe place to nap, a light snack, sometimes movies, sometimes games, but mostly a welcoming place to escape the bone-chilling cold. (Download the complete list of soup kitchens, warming centers and shelters in the Evanston area, including those sponsored by others.)

How to Get Involved: ? what do volunteers do at the Warming Centers?

Yes! I’d like to volunteer at a Warming Center — Link this to an email template
